That’s because we stand behind our service, garage doors, openers and other products, and are confident our customers’ experiences will be overwhelmingly positive.

According to Bright Local’s Local Consumer Review Survey, 86 percent of consumers read customer reviews for local businesses. And consumers read an average of 10 online reviews before they feel able to trust a local business. When you leave a review you're helping others get the same great service.

It’s Easy To Leave A Review

If you’ve had a great experience with our doors, repairs and over customer service that you’d love to share with others, you can do so on both Google and Facebook. Here’s how:

To leave a review on Google:

1. Open Google Maps on your computer and make sure you’re signed in.
2. Search for Overhead Door Company of Sioux City or Overhead Door Company of Yankton.
3. On the left, scroll down and click Write a Review.
4. In the window that appears, click the stars to score us and write a review.

Your review will be visible in Google Maps until you take it down. After your review is published, you can edit what you wrote or change the rating and pictures you included. Just a heads up, all reviews are public and you can’t add an anonymous review.

To leave a review on Facebook:

1. Go to our Facebook business page, Overhead Door Company of Sioux City or Overhead Door Company of Yankton.
2. Click Recommendations or Reviews on the left side of the Page.
3. Click Yes to recommend our page.
4. Write a Recommendation. You can also select any of the tags to recommend a specific feature of our business.
5. Click next to Post to select your audience.
6. Click Post.

You can also recommend our business by commenting on a friend’s “Asking for Recommendations” post or share our page with your friends.
