High-Speed Interior Fabric Doors
Out RapidFlex interior doors are Models 991 and 992. Available in navy, red, gray, and black, the PVC-coated polyester weave is both durable and attractive, and it is designed to withstand the occasional mishap with a forklift with its breakaway side guides and simple reset repairs. As is the case for all RapidFlex garage doors, the real beauty in this line is in in their direct gear drive system, which eliminates the wear and tear associated with conventional garage door openers and allows for smooth and constant operation.
The main difference between the models are the sizes available. Model 991 is a strutless design which can withstand extreme pressure changes while also operating quietly on doors up to 14' in height and width. Model 992 features struts to allow for larger door sizes of 16 feet in height and 15 feet in width. Both models have their own easy repair features to minimize downtime, a crucial feature in controlled environments.
High-Speed Exterior Fabric Doors
Available in a wide range of colors, RapidFlex Models 993 and 994 are strutted high speed fabric doors made with heavier fabric to withstand and insulate for exterior applications. Both models have been independently tested for pressure resistance; Model 993 features a pressure resistance of up to 4.0 psf (76 mph), and Model 994 uses a patent-pending bottom wind lock and articulating roller wind struts to achieve a pressure resistance of up to 22psf (158 mph). Both operate smoothly and quietly and are ideally suited for extreme environments that require quick and easy access both in and out.
